Are there any upfront fees?
No, we will provide a free consultation that will assess your existing situation and provide a no-risk evaluation assessment. We are dedicated to analyzing your current situation and creating a plan that is tailored for your medical organization.
How does AccuMedChart get paid for doing my billing?
AMC does not get paid until after you get paid! We are paid based on a percentage of your monthly collections. At the end of each month, you will receive a bill for our services based on the collections from the month. Depending on the package of services you choose, we can may be able to waive our initial set-up fee.
How do I get my billing to you?
We have a set of procedures that make it easy for you to transfer your information seamlessly. Our state-of-the-art software makes it easy for us to access the files we need without any additional work on your behalf.
What kind of interaction can I expect beyond patient account handling?
We are available any time during business hours to answer your questions, strategize, and problem-solve financial issues.
Do we have to change our Practice Management or Electronic Health Records system to work with you?
No. With AccuMedChart, we are software flexible and will adapt to your current system. We have experience on over 20 of the industry-leading Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record systems.

What are your fees?
Our fees are based on a percentage of payments collected, so we don’t get paid unless you do. Our fees are all-inclusive — there are no hidden charges. Contact us and we can get you a quote on the same day.
We still use a lot of paper visit notes and documents, will I have to get an EMR?
No. Our IT department and management consultants will work with your practice leaders to develop a secure and compliant process to share your paper information.
